Franki was especially helpful when I called recently needing quotes for a new vehicle policy. She went above and beyond, even giving me options to reduce our bill AND increase our coverage. This level of customer service has ALWAYS been the norm at this office, and that’s one of the key reasons our family has chosen to stay with them all these years. "3 years ago I had a fire in my home that led to my home insurance being cancelled. Because of this the only insurance I could find was very expensive and was a financial burden for my wife and I. We recently called Phil McDonald’s office and explained our situation to Elizabeth Wilhoit and not only was she able to help us, we were able to get the same coverage for 1200 dollars a year less and around the same price as we were paying before the accident. She was extremely helpful and I only wish I would’ve contacted her sooner."
