"My mother has State Farm, Phil McDonald. Her home is in Westland Estates and was seriously damaged by the tornado in May. Since this has happened, her original adjuster has been fired and she now has Nate Rapp. Nate is claiming that her contractor has not been contacting them about the cost and materials, which is untrue. Our contractor has his call logs and can prove it. Her contractor has called multiple times and gotten no answer and no return calls from Nate. Nate also will not approve for funding to be released to have her home fixed. It has been an absolute nightmare for my mother who has been living in 3 rooms with COPD for the last two months. We pay homeowners insurance for disasters like this. Why should we have to beg them to do their job???? Do better State Farm or you should fire another adjuster and get someone who actually knows what they’re doing and will answer a phone."
